Rich keeping his eyes on the job! Building permits are needed for most work. If you have a question on whether a permit is needed, please call the Village Clerk's Office at 315-298-2622. The Code Enforcement Officer is available on Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to Noon. at the Village Office, 4917 Jefferson Street, Pulaski. Building and Zoning Permits applications are available at the Village Office and should be applied for a minimum of 2 weeks before work is scheduled to begin for residential projects and 6 weeks for commercial.
